- A weekly meal and lecture at the home of Dr. Ewert (it's been happening for 33 years!)
- Gatherings, hosted by female faculty, for women in the B/EC and Economics majors
- Mock interview sessions
- Open house receptions and a department Christmas party
- Annual Homecoming Open House for alumni
- Other events for the benefit of majors
