International Students

This includes students who are Canadian citizens.

Email to ensure all necessary immigration and/or VISA documentation is complete in a timely fashion. You can also find more information on the International Student website.

Email Communication 

Check your Wheaton email account frequently for important information that may impact you both academically and financially. It is important to respond from your Wheaton email account when contacting Wheaton campus departments. Academic forms and petitions will only be acknowledged from your Wheaton email account. Instructors (or their TA’s) may also send out information to your Wheaton account.

Student ID Cards: Deadline June 15

  • Returning Students: Bring your ID card, so you can use the Student Recreation Center and the Library. Current ID’s are orange and say "2013-2014.” If your ID has expired, let Krista Autrey know by June 15 in order to receive a new one for summer classes.
  • New Students: Let us know by June 15 if you do not have an ID card, so we can request one or you to receive on the first day of class.

Computer Setup for Campus Access/IT Service Support 

  • New Students: BEFORE coming to campus, activate your account. This is necessary for you to access Blackboard and to print from your computer. You should receive an email instructing you on how to do this before you come to campus. If you have questions, contact IT Services at 630-752-4357 (HELP).
  • Returning Students: If you have forgotten your password, click here. You may want to go to the Wireless set-up link to familiarize yourself with the process for which your computer will be configured.
  • You may also stop by Blanchard Room 171 during office hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mon. – Fri.) for IT help while on campus.
