About Beth Seversen

Beth graduated with an M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1985. She has served as Associate Pastor at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin and Hillcrest Evangelical Covenant Church in Prairie Village, Kansas. Beth and her husband Mark planted Meadowbrook Church in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. She also previously worked for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship as an Evangelism Writer, and Evangelism Project Coordinator. Beth has written articles and devotionals including contributing to the Women’s Devotional Bible (Zondervan) and authoring several Bible Study Guides.

Beth is currently pursuing a doctorate in Intercultural Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. She is researching emerging adults and the factors that make churches effective reaching them.

Beth loves mentoring college women. Her passion is motivating students, graduate and undergraduate, to hang out with people far from God, helping them find their way back to God. Beth’s husband Mark is a senior pastor and they have three daughters.
