Connecting to the Network

Computers, smartphones, and other devices have to be registered before they connect to our campus network.


Computers, Phones, and Tablets

  1. Connect your device to WC-Internet and log in with your network username.
  2. Open a web browser. Our system will redirect you to
    • If you are not redirected, or you get an error saying that the connection is not private, navigate to directly.
  3. Enter your NetID and password and follow the on-screen prompts to register your device.
  4. If you are registering a mobile device or tablet, you will need to restart before you will be able to connect.
  5. If you are registering a computer, the Bradford Persistent Agent will download when you select "Register My Device." In order to connect to our network, run the install file and then enter your username and password into the prompt that appears on your screen.

Gaming Consoles, Printers, and E-Readers

  1. Before you start registration, find the MAC address (or physical address) of your device.
  2. Connect your device to WC-Manual.
  3. On a computer that is already registered and connecting to our network, navigate to
  4. Click on the link that reads, "Click here to register a gaming console."
  5. Enter your NetID and password along with the MAC address of your device.
  6. Select the device type and click "Register."
  7. If you are able to successfully register, restart your device.


If you need help registering your device, please fill out the Register My Device form. If you are having trouble, look at our System Status page to check the status of the campus network. Report a wireless issue if you cannot connect in a certain location or if you experience other difficulties.
