Prospective Freshmen

Priority deadline for both the FAFSA and the institutional application. If additional items are requested, please provide them as soon as possible. Funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and awards cannot be processed until a file is complete. File should be complete by March 15.

We encourage families who wish consideration for state funding to apply earlier than the April 15 priority deadline.
Mid-March 2014 Prospective students whose files are complete start receiving notification of financial aid awards.  
April 15, 2014   Priority deadline for returning students. File must be complete (FAFSA, institutional application and any requested verification documents). Applications will be accepted after this date, but April 15 is the deadline for students to have full consideration of Wheaton funds.
May 1, 2014 Deadline for prospective students to pay advance deposit to Admissions Office.  
Mid-May 2014   Returning students start receiving notification of financial aid awards.
