Fall 2014 Admitted Student Checklist

Menu

Welcome to Wheaton! The days and months ahead are sure to be filled with new beginnings as you enter life at Wheaton. In order to make your transition to “Wheaton student” as smooth as possible, we need to make sure you submit all of the necessary information before coming to campus in the fall.

If you plan to enroll at Wheaton, you need to submit the following required items:

  • An advance deposit of $300, along with the enrollment confirmation form, is due by May 1 or the date indicated on your acceptance letter (whichever is later). Since the deposit reserves your place, your acceptance may be canceled if we do not receive it by the due date. The deposit is non-refundable after May 1. Upon enrollment, the deposit will be credited to your tuition.
  • A final high school transcript (new freshmen only) showing final class rank, grades for your senior year, and the date of graduation. All coursework must be completed satisfactorily. The transcript must have an approved seal and/or signature and come directly from your school. Please be sure to request this before you graduate since some school offices close for the summer.
  • A final college transcript if you are enrolled in any college courses. All coursework must be completed satisfactorily.

Students are encouraged to apply for financial aid and housing before they submit their deposit and enrollment confirmation form.
