In an exciting new collaboration, the Joffrey Trainees and Studio Company makes their Artist Series debut to join an audience favorite, Camerata Chicago orchestra under the direction of Maestro Drostan Hall.

The Joffrey Trainees and Studio Company is a scholarship program of the Joffrey Academy of Dance, Official School of The Joffrey Ballet. The Joffrey Trainees and Studio Company consists of outstanding students selected by The Joffrey Ballet's Artistic Director, Ashley Wheater.

The Joffrey Trainees and Studio Company has successfully performed on some of the most prestigious stages, including Lincoln Center in NY, Auditorium Theatre, Harris Theater, Cadillac Palace and MCA in Chicago, Music Hall in LA, The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. as well as in collaborations with the Chicago Symphony and the Cleveland Orchestra.

Camerata Chicago

Camerata Chicago, founded in 2003, is firmly established as one of the finest chamber orchestras today. Under the leadership of Maestro Drostan Hall, the orchestra has performed in venues throughout the Chicago region as well as in major European musical capitals, and has also released several critically acclaimed recordings.

This special collaboration features Mozart’s Symphony No. 25 in G Minor and Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings. Read Program Notes (PDF)>>

NOTE: Tickets originally purchased for Hubbard Street 2 and Camerata Chicago will be accepted for admission to this event. Hubbard Street 2 and Camerata Chicago ticketholders do not need to take any action. Read the letter from General Manager Tony Payne explaining this change.
