Thunderettes (Poms)

 Wheaton College Thunderettes

Founded in 2008, the Thunderettes are an energetic, committed team that brings praise to God through dance, and bring spirit to Wheaton College Athletics. Our team consists of around 12 dancers, freshmen through seniors, from across the country who dedicate three days a week to practicing together and performing as a team. As a club sport, the Thunderettes are a student led group. The captains work with an advisor as well as the club sports director, to carry out the duties of the team. Auditions for the Thunderettes take place each fall, and we perform at football and basketball games throughout the year.We love being able to show how dance can be used as a way to glorify God with the talents He has given us! The captains are Carissa Bernard and Kari Dehaven; if you have questions please contact them at: or
