Recreation & Wellness Programs

The Sports and Recreation Complex is home to a number of recreational opportunities available to students as well as Wheaton College Employees and their dependents. These programs include Group Fitness classes, Open Climbing Wall times, and Open Swimming.


2014-15 Fitness & Wellness

Ironman Challenge: Swim, bike and run the distances of an Ironman Triathlon during Winter, A Quad!  Track your mileage on our public Weight Room Bulletin Board for extra accountability.  T-shirts for finishers!

Winter Walk-a-Thon: Walk 50 miles during Winter, A Quad!  Track your mileage on our bulletin board.  Wheaton College employees are encouraged to participate with co-workers!  T-shirts for finishers!

Climbing Competition
The only collegiate climbing competition of it's kind!  Look for our next Comp in 2015!

Indoor Triathlon
Swim for 10 minutes, bike for 20 minutes, and run for 15 minutes. Results are tallied by distance travelled during the three components. The indoor triathlon will take place March, 2015.
