Group Fitness classes are offered at no cost for Wheaton College students and staff/faculty as well as their dependents. Community members and guests may also participate. Group fitness classes are held in the dance studio (SRC 208) by the pool balcony.
45 minutes of ALL CORE!
Wednesday: 3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
50 minutes of high-intensity cardio!
Monday: 5:15 p.m. - 6:05 p.m.
This is a core strengthening workout, also incorporating flexibility.
Monday: 7 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
This class features high intensity cardio, infused with kickboxing and hip hop.
Tuesday: 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
This class features invigorating stretch and strengthening work.
Monday: 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Wednesday: 9:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

This class features the best of yoga and strength training for effective strengthening and stretching.
Friday: 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Rhythmic cardio with Latin and international music. This class is for women only.
Monday: 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
