About Dell

I was born in Wilmington, NC and lived in that area my entire life prior to HoneyRock. I am married to Heather and we have four kids; Haley, Jackson, Jordan & Jacob. Before HoneyRock I worked at Golden Corral, a family-style buffet restaurant, for almost five years. We love HoneyRock and we're glad to be here.

I did not grow up in a Christian home but I did have some really great friends growing up who invited me to church when I was 12 years old. Because my parents were not Christians and did not attend church I would ride my bike to church every Sunday & Wednesday. I really loved church and I knew the people there really cared for me. They really demonstrated to me what God did for us all and in the summer of 1989 I asked God to come into my life.

My family & I live at HoneyRock in Hirt Cabin. So for me it is not just a job it is a new experience everyday. The best part about working at HoneyRock is the people you meet and come in contact with. To my kids HoneyRock is their yard. They have loved it and almost everyday someone walks by our house and stops just to play with them for a while. We are truly blessed that the people my kids really look up to the most love God and express that everyday. Praise God.
