About Jackie

I grew up in Elgin and West Dundee, Illinois. I went to Western Illinois University where I met my husband, Bryan. We have two kids (Wesley, 12 and Allison, 9) and love living in the Northwoods. At HoneyRock, I am the administrative assistant to Rob Ribbe.

I was raised in a Christian home and although I was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, I like to think of myself as a denominational mutt, having been influenced by many different Christian faiths. I first gave my heart to Christ as a young child during an alter call at the Bible church we were attending. Since then, my walk with Jesus has had its highs and lows, but I know He has always been right by my side leading me all the way. The last few years have been a big spiritual growth time for me and I love seeing how He moves in and around my life affecting me and my family, friends, and community.

What I love most about working at HoneyRock is its sense of community and ministry. Each person here is committed to following Christ's call to "Love one another." Because of that, there is an authentic feeling of family and mission that just isn't found everywhere. What a blessing!
