Opus: The Art of Work

About Opus

Opus: The Art of Work is an institute at Wheaton College dedicated to understanding God’s call for our work in the world.

Opus is an institute at Wheaton College that exists to help students develop vocational purpose, imagination, agility, and resilience as they explore the meaning of work in God’s world and discover their callings to help others flourish.

Opus pursues this mission by primarily working with faculty, staff, curricula and co-curricular programs to infuse a deep understanding of and attention to issues of faith and vocation into the structures of the college and the graduate school. Opus has selected these “behind the scenes” strategies in order to most effectively integrate these themes into the DNA of the Wheaton community.
