Mock Trial Competes at Nationals

Wheaton College Mock Trial Team places 9th at Nationals


On April 12-14, the Wheaton College Mock Trial team competed at the National Championship in Washington, D.C. Of more than 650 teams in the country, Wheaton was one of 48 to advance to the National Championship. The competition opened with an address from Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, and after three days of competition among the likes of Harvard, Yale, Rhodes, and NYU, Wheaton placed ninth in its division. Team co-captain McNair Nichols earned an All-American attorney award.
