May 2nd & 3rd, Wheaton College's Justice Coalition and College Union are hosting the Summer Re:newal Festival to support local Glen Ellyn nonprofit Re:new Project in their effort to create hope for women. Re:new provides employment and community for refugee women living in the United States, and diligently adheres to its mission of human flourishing for all peoples.

Friday - Kevin & Kylie Marble in Concert

The Summer Re:newal Festival kicks off at 4:30 pm on the steps of MSC with a free outdoor concert featuring Kevin & Kylie Marble with David Clark and Casey Dubie. It will be a festive night to celebrate Re:new Project with music, food, and fun on the MSC lawn--so bring your lawn chairs, blankets and, most importantly, your dancin' shoes!

Saturday: JustCo JustGo 5K

Saturday morning, the 'Justco Justgo' 5K will take place. The Justice Coalition's aim for this race is that it will allow the College and surrounding community to come together and "play with purpose." We hope the atmosphere of teamwork and togetherness that the race will foster amongst the participants will spill over into the greater community to encourage and support one another in our daily lives.

There are 3 ways to register:

  1. Online by going to justco5k.eventbrite.com or by clicking the 'Register now!' widget on the right.
