New Student Orientation - August 21-25, 2015

NOTE: This schedule includes events specific to incoming Transfers. See the Complete Schedule for all of the events happening during Orientation Weekend.

Thursday, August 20 (EARLY ARRIVALS ONLY)

2:00 - 4:00 pm Residence Halls open for all music majors, Passage, International, and TCK Students
If you will be living in a residence hall, check in there before stopping by the Welcome Center.  If you will be living in an apartment on campus, come to the Welcome Center first.
3:00 - 5:00 pm Welcome Center open for all music majors, Passage, International and TCK Students

Quantitative Skills Test
The Quantitative Skills Test is required of all students EXCEPT those who have received an AP Calculus AB score of 3, 4, or 5 OR an AP Calculus BC score of 2, 3, 4, or 5 OR an IB HL score of 5 or greater OR those who will either pass one of the following courses at Wheaton or transfer in credit for one of the following:
  • MATH 218 – Introduction to Calculus with Precalculus (4)
  • MATH 221 – Applied Calculus (4)
  • MATH 231 – Calculus I (4)
  • MATH 232 – Calculus II (4)
    MATH 263 – Intro to Statistics (4)
Come prepared with sharpened pencils and a calculator.
