World Christian Fellowship strives to increase student’s awareness of the global church and how they can participate in both international and local contexts. This awareness is developed through the avenues of celebration, intercession, and mobilization.
We seek to cultivate prayerful hearts that love the global body of Christ and are gripped by the mission of God to all nations.
How to Get Involved
World Christian Fellowship offers a number of ways for students to engage with the global Church. We host three one time events each semester along with three Mango Dinners on various Sunday Nights. The one time events vary in form but each focus on connecting with the global Christian community through creative arts, testimony, worship, and prayer. Mango Dinners are a time for students to share a meal with international church leaders, dialoguing about issues confronting the global Church. We invite you to look at the WCF brochure to get a feel for the programs we offer.
WCF also hosts a three day event called Jubilee. Jubilee is a time for the Wheaton Community to come together in unity to worship our Lord. Each discipline is celebrated through different events and workshops. To get more information or to volunteer, please come by the OCO for more information. You can also see our Jubilee brochure from last year for more information.
"And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. And they sang a new song, saying, 'Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.'"
