Freshman and Transfer Applicants:

Homeschooled Student Applicants:

Homeschool Information Form (PDF) — Students homeschooled at any time during high school must complete this form and return it to the Admissions Office with their application for admission. Homeschool students must also provide an official high school transcript, signed by a homeschool official. An optional Transcript Template (PDF) is provided for your convenience.

Supplementary Application:

Supplementary Application (PDF) — Students who have applied to Wheaton College within the last two years, but who have not enrolled, should complete the Supplementary Application. Additional required items include a final high school transcript, a new academic recommendation, subsequent college transcripts, and an essay. The application fee is waived for these applicants. If the original application was submitted over two years ago, the candidate must submit a new application to the College of Arts and Sciences or to the Conservatory of Music.

Returning Student:

Returning Student Application (PDF) — Students who have previously enrolled in a degree program and have been away for a semester or more must complete a Returning Student Application. No application fee is required. Transcripts for college work completed at other schools must be submitted as well.

Special Student:

Non-degree seeking students must complete a Special Student Application. Please contact the Undergraduate Admissions Office at 800-222-2419 to request one.
