- Dr.
Baybutt comes to Wheaton after spending 13 years on the
faculty at Kansas State University where he established
himself as a noted researcher in the field of diet and nutrition.
Dr. Baybutt's interests include the role of nutrients in
lung function and prevention of disease. He has spoken widely
on topics including nutrition and cancer, heart disease,
basic weight loss principles, sound nutrition practices
and cholesterol. Rick was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University
of Kentucky in the Division of Pharmacology and Experimental
Therapeutics (1992-1994). While at Syracuse, Rick was a
member of the varsity swim team.
