Artist Reception with Bruce Herman and Wheaton College students, in response to T.S. Eliot

Poetry, Music, Art, Theology

Saturday, September 21, the Billy Graham Center Museum at Wheaton College is hosting a public reception from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. to conclude the art exhibit, “QU4RTETS: An Inspired Collaboration of the Arts.”

Exhibit artist Bruce Herman will lead a program along with Wheaton College students and alumni in the collaborative presentation of poetry, music, art, and theology.

View the original works of art by painters Makoto Fujimura and Bruce Herman and listen to the exhibition’s original music for piano and string quartet from Yale composer Christopher Theofanidis.

Be Inspired.

Hear how T. S. Eliot's epic poem "Four Quartets" was the inspiration behind not only this collaborative project, but new works by recent Wheaton College alumni, debuted at the program.

This event is free and open to the public. No RSVP required. The exhibit “QU4RTETS” is on display through September 22.
