Internships
History internships offer students the opportunity to earn four hours of elective credit and to receive invaluable experience in a history-related job setting. Potential internship sites near Wheaton include the Naper Settlement, the First Division Museum at Cantigny, the Center for History in Wheaton, and the DuPage County Historical Museum. Chicago offers more extensive possibilities (see the History Department website for a starting point), and students may pursue a summer internship in their home area or in some other location.
