Intercultural Studies Forum (click here for current schedule)

The Intercultural Studies Forum is a key element of the Intercultural Studies experience. The class is a vital part of our growth as a community of Christ as we hear about and pray for His followers around the world, develop skills that will help us to integrate our training with God’s work in the world, and grow in our understanding of God’s heart for the world. Because it involves the entire department, the Intercultural Studies Forum provides a wonderful chance to get to know the Intercultural Studies community.

The class is graded on a pass/fail basis with your attendance determining your grade. It usually meets every other week during the fall semester and approximately once a month during the spring semester. The most meaningful seminar is the Commissioning Service at the end of the semester. It is an opportunity to send off our graduates and to celebrate God’s work in the department.
