Emotional burnout, unfair criticism, unresolved conflict, family struggles, unmet expectations, financial worries, lack of results, unrelenting workload, spiritual depression - there are many reasons pastors and other people in ministry are tempted to quit. What empowers us to persevere? This roundtable will focus on gospel promises and ministry practices that sustain spiritual well-being and help us remain faithful to our calling when we're losing hope and finding it hard to carry on.
