How to Place an Order

Enter your online order through this link in Student Records. On the lefthand side, go to "Request Official Transcript." This will redirect you to Parchment's ordering page through your My Wheaton account.

Questions

If you have questions about the content of your transcript or diploma, please contact the Wheaton College Registrar’s Office at registrar@wheaton.edu

If you have questions about the online ordering process or encounter difficulties in entering your transcript or diploma order, contact Parchment Learner Support.

Exceptions

If you order transcripts or a replacement diploma in Parchment without your My Wheaton account, you will need to provide your personal data and authenticate your signature in Parchment before the order can be processed. You can place an order through this link to Parchment.

If you have requested transcripts to be held for grades and/or a degree to be posted, your order will be held until that time.

If you attended and/or graduated before 1988, the Wheaton College Registrar’s Office will need to upload your transcripts manually during our business hours before the order can be fulfilled.

Unofficial Transcripts

You can view and print your unofficial transcript through the Student Records channel here (on the lefthand side, go to Academic Transcript >Student Copy).

Alumni who graduated before 1988 will not be able to view unofficial transcripts online, but are able to order an official transcript through Parchment (see instructions above) to have transcripts sent electronically or via mail within a few business days.
