Yuji Takata

As a child of missionaries, Yuji grew up in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Philippines and Japan. He received a full ride to Wheaton College, where he embarked from the Philippines armed with only a one-way ticket and $200.  To support himself through college, he worked on-campus during the semester and sold books door-to-door in the summers.  Yuji’s diverse experiences have instilled in him a deep appreciation for connecting with people, grit, and the ability to think creatively.  In 2009, Yuji joined Performance Trust and completed the firm’s Team Leader Training Program, mastering intricate cashflows comprising a depository institutions’ balance sheet.  Currently serving as Director and Team Leader, Yuji is driven by his passion to build winning teams, inspire decision-makers and developing holistic strategies that pave the way for long-term growth. Yuji graduated Wheaton College with a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Economics. He is Series 7 and 66 registered. He lives in Honolulu, HI with his wife and 2 kids.
