Language Placement Testing
Placement tests help place you in the appropriate language class. These tests do not exempt you from taking classes nor do they give you credit. They are a guide to help you get into the right level and are required at Wheaton. We offer placement tests in French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Latin, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish. Learn more >
Core Language Competency Requirements
All Wheaton students have a language requirement, but there are several ways to meet your Core Language Competency Requirement by demonstrating linguistic proficiency in a modern or classical language. You can take a language course at Wheaton, transfer credit in, or demonstrate competency through testing such as the AP test or the SAT. Learn more >
