Phase 3: Refine Your Trajectory.

  • Upon acceptance to the program, immediately complete and submit: 

    • A Declaration of Major Form, which you will send to your former advisor/department for transfer information.
    • The IDS Program of Study Agreement, which you will receive from the IDS office once accepted into the program
    • The IDS Senior Project Agreement, which you will receive from the IDS office once accepted into the program.

  • Schedule an appointment with the IDS program director to discuss IDS Faculty Committee feedback on your application and proposed Program of Study.
