Thunder Battalion
The Wheaton College Reserve Officer Training Corps (Army ROTC) "Rolling Thunder" Battalion has been developing and training future leaders for our country since 1952.
Education and Service
Wheaton college Army ROTC students talk about what attracted them to Wheaton College’s distinguished Army ROTC program, how they balance their College education with preparing for military service, and the relationships they formed with fellow Army ROTC Cadets.
Being an Officer in the U.S. Army means you're a counselor, a strategist and a motivator. It's similar to being a vital manager in a corporation. We want you to be part of the next generation of leaders our country needs. However, if you are unsure if military service is right for you, ROTC is the one way to explore military service WITHOUT actually being in the military.
Hi, my name is Nate Lalone the Scholarship and Enrollment Officer for Wheaton College's ROTC Program.

Scholarships
Army ROTC has Scholarships available whether you are a college bound high school student or already attending college. ROTC scholarships are divided into two categories: 4-year and 3-year National Scholarships (for high school seniors) and 4,3, and 2-year Campus-Based Scholarships (for incoming or current college students).
