World Relief - Student Success Coach & Program Coordinator - Chicagoland
- The role of the Student Success Coach & Program Coordinator is to assist students with successful completion outcomes by providing proactive outreach, mentoring, and intervention using a variety of communication methods.
- The role also involves facilitating student registrations, standardized assessments, recording and organizing program data, maintaining program equipment, assisting with grant writing, reporting and program development, and providing student referral services.
- This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until March 31, 2026 and contingent upon funding extension.

Volunteer Opportunities
Pui Tak Center in Chicago's Chinatown
- Volunteer ESL Tutors needed, 1-2 hrs/wk

Naperville Presbyterian Church - Naperville
- Volunteers are welcome to teach ESL classes from September through April
- Classes take place on Tuesday evenings; four levels are offered

Chicago Welcome Center in Albany Park neighborhood - Chicago
- Adult ESL Teachers, short term
- The Adult ESL Teacher will teach at least one class a week at Chicago Welcome Center. Classes take place from 10-11:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and evenings, plus private tutoring. Teachers are responsible for planning their lessons, keeping track of their lessons and attendance, communicating with other teachers of the same class about class progress, and communicating any student needs and prayer requests that arise to the Operations Manager.
- ESL Teachers will receive specific instruction from, and report to the ESL Director. ESL teachers should demonstrate strong people skills and have multi-cultural experience, and lots of patience and grace for dealing with people struggling with our difficult language!
