Wheaton College uses Handshake, a platform that helps over 250,000 employers easily find, recruit, and hire the best college talent across the country. Create an employer account on Handshake to post jobs, internships, and search for Wheaton talent.

There are thousands of employers who post jobs through Handshake, and it's easy to get missed on the platform. We encourage you to reach out to us at cvc.recruitment@wheaton.edu and we'll highlight your job req through a weekly email to relevant students, as well as add tags to make our students find your postings with much more ease. 

Employers who communicate with our office and are engaged with the Wheaton College community will be highlighted over those who do not. 

Build a Handshake Profile

Recruitment Tables. One of the best ways to engage with students is to set up at one of the CVC's recruitment tables. We host tables in two unique locations on campus. We allow only one employer per day on campus, limited to two days per semester.

Lower Beamer Student Center Recruitment Table: Located in one of the highest traffic areas on campus, near the student coffee shop, game room, and cafeteria, this is our recommended location for most employers. During winter months, this building becomes a shortcut for students headed to the Meyer Science Center building and multiple dorm / apartment locations. 

Billy Graham Hall Recruitment Table: Located in the same building as our graduate school, Bible/Theology department, Psychology department, and Communications department, this is an ideal location for counseling centers, seminaries, and churches. 

In order to request either of these recruitment tables for a day, please use this link. You'll be able to choose from available dates, and the CVC team will follow up within 48 hours after your request. 

Interview Rooms. Additionally, we'd be happy to invite you to hold interviews on campus during the academic year. The CVC has several rooms that are excellent for in-person interviews, as well as virtual interview rooms. Contact cvc.recruiting@wheaton.edu to get an interview window established, and we'll invite students to take advantage of the opportunity.

Request a Recruitment Table

Career Fairs. The CVC will host career fairs on October 29, 2024 and on February 13, 2025. You can register for each with your Handshake profile.  

Externship Day. Invite Wheaton College students to come on-site at your place of work to learn about your role, organization, and industry. February 4, 2025.

Alumni Events. In partnership with the Alumni Association, there are a few recruitment events available to alumni specifically.

Interview Week. Come reserve an interview room and schedule interviews with current students for your full-time or internship opportunities.
