Intercultural Arts and Media

Through creative engagement and collaborative efforts, student leaders within ICAM discover new ways of engaging the student body for the purpose of enhancing student life.

The Intersection of Faith, Arts, and Campus Events

Intercultural Arts and Media exists within the intersection of faith, art, and campus-wide event planning, empowering students to use innovative and influential platforms for the purpose of illustrating the image of God through community opportunities that deepens ethnic diversity, promote racial unity, and curate meaningful spaces for play and celebration.

Scrapbook Stories 107 Album Cover

Storytelling Project +

Storytelling Project + is another extension of STP, created from a yearning to focus primarily on sharing the stories of students through music specially. By curating a team of diverse voices and unique artistic styles, STP+ consist of a collective community that reflects the beauty of God. Their efforts document the journey of our human experience through music and artmaking. From working together, this team has produced an eclectic compilation and integration album project entitled, Scrapbook Stories 107. Their desire is to reflect Psalm 107:1-3 which reads, “give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story— those he redeemed from the hand of the foe, those he gathered from the lands, from east and west, from north and south.” Psalm 107

The hope behind this student-led studio album is to encourage our Wheaton College community, and others way beyond our campus bubble. Through these efforts, we strive to see students not just grow within their artistry and leadership development, but also a desire to make God known to all willing to see and hear.
