About Victoria

Victoria Gullins is excited to embark on her first year as a student in the Higher Education and Student Development program at Wheaton College. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, she relocated to Illinois in 2022 with her family to lead a church on the Southside of Chicago, where she oversees the music ministry. Victoria earned her B.A. in Music Education from Norfolk State University, a Historically Black College and University (HBCU), but has spent the past two years working as a behavioral therapist for children with autism. She is dedicated to creating environments where young adults can engage in meaningful conversations and experience the uplifting power of community and fellowship, fostering healthy relationships with Jesus Christ that go beyond traditional religious boundaries. Victoria is eager to take on her roles as a Graduate Resident Adviser for the Terrace Apartments and a Graduate Assistant for College Union. In her free time, she enjoys singing, writing and arranging music and poetry, performing in plays, taking walks in parks, playing card games, reading a good novel, and is excited to try adventurous activities like skydiving!
