MyChart

Wheaton College Student Health Services has the same electronic medical software as Northwestern Medicine. We encourage students to use MyChart, which is a confidential online link for an established patient to view different portions of their medical chart. 

 MyChart allows each patient to:

• View pertinent instructions and education from your last visit 
• Communicate directly with your medical provider at Student Health Services
• Request prescription refills
• View a list of current medical conditions
• View your updated medication list
• View some test results
• View your immunization records and print

When you enroll at Wheaton College, you will be provided an access code to log in to your personal MyChart account. We want to encourage patients to enroll in MyChart to provide permanent medical records access and direct messaging to our medical staff. MyChart app is available for iPhone and Android phones. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download your MyChart (MyNM) Mobile App.
