Dr. Larsen Named Honorary Fellow at University of Edinburgh's School of Divinity

This blog features stories from the Wheaton College Graduate School. This week, we are excited to announce that Dr. Timothy Larsen has been named an Honorary Fellow of the School of Divinity at the University of Edinburgh.

Dr. Timothy LarsenDr. Timothy Larsen, Carolyn and Fred McManis Professor of Christian Thought in the History of Christianity program in the School of Biblical and Theological Studies at Wheaton College, has just been named an Honorary Fellow of the Divinity School at the University of Edinburgh. This honor is given to recognize those whose work has significantly impacted the teaching, research, and reputation of the University.

Dr. Larsen has published widely on the theological, intellectual, and cultural history of Britain. His most recent book, John Stuart Mill: A Secular Life (Oxford University Press), considers Mill's "secular" life and work in the light of the religious context of nineteenth-century Britain.
