Join us January 23-24, 2025! All students accepted to our Aequitas program are invited to visit campus for a special event.
Aequitas Event
Meet other accepted students, current Aequitas Fellows, and Aequitas Faculty from each theme. Parents are welcome to join sessions unless specifically stated. Schedule subject to change.
Thursday, January 23:
- 4:00 p.m. Registration
- 4:30 p.m. Welcome Session
- 5:30 p.m. Dinner and Student Panel
- 7:15 p.m. Students: Off-campus activity
- 9:00 p.m. Students: Overnight stay in residence hall (optional)
Friday, January 24:
- 8:00–9:15 a.m. Optional: Campus Tour
- 8:45–9:15 a.m. Optional: Coffee and Pastries with Faculty and Admissions Staff
- 9:20 a.m. Class Visits
- 10:40 a.m. Chapel
- 11:35 a.m. Students: Lunch and Cohort Meetings // Parents: Lunch and Optional Activities
- 2:30 p.m. Closing Session
Additional opportunities for meeting with Student Financial Services, Learning and Accessibility Services, the Center for Vocation and Career, and other student service offices will also be available Friday.
We will do our best to accommodate every student who would like to stay overnight in one of our residence halls, and will assign hosts as available based on registration date. Late registrations unfortunately cannot be guaranteed overnight hosting.
