Printer Updates in Meyer and BGH
Effective Dates: May 17 and 18, 2017
On May 17 and 18, we will reconfigure how printers in Billy Graham Hall and Meyer Science Center connect to the campus network. During this update, each printer will be unavailable for a few minutes.
Key Features and Benefits
This update will assign printers a new IP address and reduce unnecessary network complexity. This will improve network performance and reduce the chance of network overload in the future.
Impact on College Community
- For Billy Graham Hall, this update will occur on May 17.
- For the Meyer Science Center, this update will occur on May 18.
- During the update, each floor's printer will be unavailable for a few minutes on a rolling basis.
- You do not need to take any action. After the update, you will be able to print as normal.
