Feeling ready for the fall semester?
Effective Date: August 12, 2020
Whether you’re here on campus or joining us remotely this fall, we want you to be set up to succeed in your classes! One way that Academic and Institutional Technology (AIT) can help with this is by making sure you know where to go for technology help.
There are several different ways you can find help.
- You can call the AIT Service Desk at 630-752-4357.
- You can always email the AIT Service Desk.
- You can look up something for yourself in our knowledge base, called Technology@Wheaton Answers. For example, there is a Student Remote Learning Toolkit packed full of information for how best to join your classes remotely. It includes tips for getting better Wi-Fi at home and video conference etiquette for participants.
Take a few minutes today to look through Technology@Wheaton Answers, and maybe even add the AIT Service Desk phone number (630-752-4357) to your contacts on your phone so you can call us quickly. You should also download the Wheaton App so you have easy access to the Wheaton Portal and Student on Tap! We created a portlet on Student on Tap called COVID-19 with quick links to resources you may need.
In addition, we have more specific information for new students on campus, new flexible learning or remote students, and returning students.
If you have any questions, please contact us at ait.service.desk@wheaton.edu or call 630.752.4357 (HELP).
