Your Academic Roadmap to Completion (ARC)
What is an Academic Roadmap to Completion (ARC)?
The Academic Roadmap to Completion (ARC) is a framework that lists the recommended course sequence from your first day of classes in graduate school to graduation. The ARC is a powerful tool for visualizing your path to program completion, but it is also used for exploring concentrations, understanding the impact of transfer credit, or adjusting your timeline.
Sticking to the ARC will help you successfully meet your program requirements. But, we also know that life as a grad student often means adjusting academic plans due to changing interests or life demands. With an ARC in hand, you and your faculty advisor can effectively partner to adjust your schedule as needed with the confidence that you will meet all the requirements to graduate no matter what life holds.
Below is a listing of each program's ARC. Prospective students are encouraged to explore and compare the ARCs for the programs you are considering. Current students will find this a helpful reference during your Wheaton Grad School academic journey.
